However, the motorcycle is completely different. It is powered by the internal combustion engine. The structure of the internal combustion engine is much more complicated than that of the electric motor, and it does not have the conditions to be transplanted to the wheels. Moreover, the internal combustion engine itself is a very good counterweight device, and the weight ratio of the vehicle can be solved by putting it in front. Therefore, an additional transmission system must be provided to transmit the driving force, The chain drive system is relatively low cost and high stability, so it is adopted by most two wheeled motorcycles.

Some friends here may ask, since there is no engine in an electric cargo bike, how to realize the counterweight? Don’t forget that the battery is the core of the electric vehicle. The weight of the battery can solve this problem. Therefore, the battery pack of the electric vehicle is usually placed in the middle of the vehicle.

If both the engine and the battery pack are the power source, then the electric cargo bike also has the power “transmission device and gearbox”, but because of its special driving mode, we have ignored their existence. For example, the controller is the gearbox of the electric cargo bike, and the connecting wire between the controller and the driver is its power transmission device. Therefore, the electric vehicle still has a transmission device, but this device is not so vivid.

The abstract transmission of the electric cargo bike has been significantly changed. Although the chain transmission is still not adopted for this type of vehicle, it adopts gear transmission.
